CroatiaPASS is a trademark owned by Tourist Pass j.d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Croatia (EU).

CroatiaPASS e-tickets purchased online are non-transferable.

CroatiaPASS offers a refund on unused CroatiaPASS products purchased from croatiapass.com.

When you (the customer) buy from croatiapass.com, we (CroatiaPASS) are charged a non-refundable transaction fee (€0.25 + 2.8% of your total purchase amount) by our payment service provider. When we issue a refund to you, we are charged an additional non-refundable €0.25. Therefore, when we process a refund, we must deduct €0.50 + 2.8% of your total purchase amount.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for any portion of a CroatiaPASS product that has been used. All partially-used or fully-used products are non-refundable. Lost or stolen products are also non-refundable.

(Croatian & English only); We typically respond within 24h during regular business hours (daily 8am-10pm Central European Time).

The CroatiaPASS holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the attractions for which this e-ticket is issued.

Earch CroatiaPASS e-ticket is valid for one person. 

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you, the customer and us, Tourist Pass j.d.o.o. By using Our Web Site in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods and services. We look forward to seeing you again when you are over 18.

Tourist Pass j.d.o.o. facilitates and communicates content, features, promotions, and the reservation and/or purchase of e-tickets in connection with destination-specific sightseeing services, such services provided by independent owners within a geographic territory ("Content Partners"). As such, Tourist Pass j.d.o.o. does not itself provide sightseeing tours or attractions.

We are constantly vigilant for credit card or other fraud. We report all charge backs to a credit reference agency. If you have any reason to seek the return of money paid, please contact us rather than your credit card issuer.

3 Disclosure to Government and their agencies. We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.

When you register for an account with us, you can opt in to occasionally receive updates about CroatiaPASS products and services, promotions, special offers, news and events via email. CroatiaPASS does not share or sell your email. If you agree to receive email marketing from us, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time using the 'unsubscribe' link at the top of any email.
